Travis grew up an played high school ball in California before attending the University of Louisville. Travis was a starting shortshop for the Cards and still holds defensive records for the D1 powerhouse. Travis went on to coach high school baseball in Kentucky for a few years before moving to Boston. Travis has over 17 years of coaching experience as well as years of teaching kids with special needs.
